Delivery Schedule (Updated)
Due to a surge in online orders which has caused an overwhelming volume of deliveries, it would inevitably cause a delay in our usual schedule. With the increased demand, OUR PROMISE it to have your order(s) to you within 2-5 days. We will, of course, do our level best to have it to you sooner, rather than later.
We do appreciate your very kind understanding given the current pandemic.

In accordance with the tighter safety measures set in place, it may not be possible for our courier to enter your premise, therefore, to expedite an efficient and speedy delivery, prior to arrival, our courier will contact you to set up a place to have your order picked up. This could be in the basement carpark or by the security post of your residence.

Our "Islandwide Door-To-Door Delivery" is a modest $4.90. Because hey, our delivery dude's got to feed his family too.

Why Have I Not Received My Order?
There can be several reasons for this. Here are some common ones;
Wrong/Incomplete Address with No Contact Number Provided.
We will do our very best to contact you if we are unable to find your address on the day of delivery. However, as a better means of communication, we strongly encourage customers to input their Mobile Number when placing an order.
What if I Missed My Order Delivery?
If we are unable to successfully delivery your order on the scheduled date, we will re-schedule your order on the next earliest delivery day. Another email will be sent to you the day before your order is scheduled for delivery.
Can I Re-Schedule My Order Delivery?
For sure! However, we'd hope that you could contact us at least 12hrs in advance so that we have ample time to re-schedule your order as well as other's.
We hope that these information clarifies some of the doubt and questions you might have had. If there's anything else you want to find out, go right ahead and contact us, we'd be more than happy to help.
As an alternative, you can choose to "Self-Collect" your order! This would be a much quicker option should you require your product urgently.
From your order being placed, please allow us 1-2 days lead time to have your order prepared. Once it's ready, you will receive a notification from us for your collection!
