As your orders are delivered via courier service, you may request to exchange your item with them directly should you receive them in an unsatisfactory manner.
Examples; Chipped Jars, Broken Seal, Opened Packaging, etc...
Do note that after items are successfully delivered i.e. courier has left the premise, we will not be able to exchange the product(s).
Due to the nature of the products, i.e. Consumables, there are strict guidelines on the refund policy. Should you require a refund on your order, the item has to be returned in the following condition;
1. Seal has to be intact
2. Product has not been opened
3. Product has not been consumed
Additionally, because the product(s) fall under the category of "Consumables", we regret to inform you that the reason(s) for a refund will have to be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free contact us here should you require any assistance regarding the refund process. Don't worry, we're definitely not unreasonable people. We will be more than happy to assist.
Please note that we are unable to adhere to refunds on *Allergy* related grounds.
